The Gateways to Opportunity Registry application is now available to complete and submit online. Click on the link and then click the "Join Now" button on the right side of the page. Weather Cancellation Policy: The decision to cancel or continue with an evening event sponsored by the CCRRN (trainings, meetings, car seat checks, etc that start at 5:00pm or later) will be made at 3:00pm. To find out if an event has been cancelled, please listen to the radio station WJBC (1230 AM) after 3:00pm. We will also try our very best to update the CCRRN website about cancellations as well.
Referral Services The Child Care Resource and Referral Network maintains a database of quality child care providers in the counties of McLean, Livingston, DeWitt and Ford Counties in Central Illinois. Fees for this service are on a sliding scale. Depending on family income, this service may be free of charge. If you would like more information on the referral services, please call the office and ask for a Referral Specialist. You may also email the Referral Department.
Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) The State of Illinois has one of the most successful subsidized child care programs in the country. Eligibility guidelines are based on criteria such as income, family size, etc. Parents are required to make a monthly co-payment to their provider to help in the cost of care. If you need help paying for child care, please call the office and ask for a CCAP Specialist.
Training The CCRRN Training Department offers a wide variety of services to assist providers with their programs. Trainings are offered in all areas of curriculum. There are also scholarships available to help with the payment of various trainings as well as accreditation. The Training Department holds a variety of seminars with topics ranging from positive discipline to early literacy. |
